In the Spirit of Giving: BirdFly Media may provide discretionary gifts to eligible members in the following categories:

All Collective Members: Individuals who complete the required registration process.

Gifting Members: Collective Members who satisfy the applicable requirements for Gifting Member Status.

Affiliate Members: Collective Members whose affiliate application has been approved and whose affiliate status remains active.

Purchasing Members: Collective Members who complete a qualifying purchase through BirdFly Media or an approved affiliate channel.

The three category-specific groups—Gifting Members, Affiliate Members, and Purchasing Members—are separate groups within the broader Collective Member group. A person may qualify for more than one category at the same time.

For example, a person who is registered, qualifies as a Gifting Member, maintains active Affiliate Member status, and completes a qualifying purchase may be considered for discretionary gifts offered to All Collective Members, Gifting Members, Affiliate Members, and Purchasing Members.

Discretionary Gift Policy

All gifts are discretionary. BirdFly Media may determine, in its discretion, whether to provide a gift, the category from which a recipient is selected, the number of recipients, the type and quantity of gifts, the approximate value, the timing, and the method of delivery.

Gifts may vary among members and may be provided to one member, multiple members, or no members during any particular period. No member is guaranteed a gift, and qualifying for more than one category does not guarantee multiple gifts.

A member who qualifies for multiple categories may be considered separately for each applicable category. BirdFly Media may provide multiple gifts to the same person, limit a person to one gift during a specified period, or apply different limits to different gift offerings, as stated in the applicable announcement or offer terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, gifts are not awarded by random drawing, no odds of receiving a gift apply, and participation does not create an entitlement to a gift, payment, profit, reimbursement, or financial return. Gift type, quantity, value, timing, and availability may vary and are determined by BirdFly Media in its discretion.

A member may qualify for and be considered under multiple gifting categories, but category qualification does not guarantee receipt of a gift or create a right to receive a separate gift under each category.

Collective Member: A person who completes the registration requirements at BirdFlyMedia.com/win or Affiliates.
